非霍奇金淋巴瘤合并原发性肾细胞癌1例报告并文献复习

摘　　要：目的:提高对非霍奇金淋巴瘤及原发性肾细胞癌共存现象的认识,探讨两者之间的关系。方法:回顾性分析1例非霍奇金淋巴瘤合并原发性肾细胞癌伴骨转移的诊治经过,结合文献进行分析。结果:本例患者因"确诊非霍奇金淋巴瘤IV期B组7年、发现右小腿包块并疼痛3个月"来我院复诊,行右小腿包块穿刺活检提示右胫骨透明细胞癌,腹部CT发现左肾包块,遂怀疑左肾细胞癌伴右胫骨转移,行根治性左肾切除术,病理结果证实左肾透明细胞癌。术后行放、化疗,后因全身多处转移而死亡。结论:非霍奇金淋巴瘤及原发性肾细胞癌共存现象临床少见,应提高对其认识,亦需更多的研究来阐明两者之间的关系,在非霍奇金淋巴瘤患者随访中应警惕多原发恶性肿瘤的发生。Objective：To improve understanding of the coexistence of non-Hodgkin＇s lymphoma with primary renal cell carcinoma and discuss the relationship between them.Method：One case of non-Hodgkin＇s lymphoma complicated by primary renal carcinoma with bone metastasis was analyzed and relevant literature was reviewed.Result：The patient was admitted to our hospital for having been diagnosed with non-Hodgkin＇s lymphoma stage IV group B for seven years.A mass with pain appeared on his right calf three months ago,and the mass was diagnosed as clear cell carcinoma through puncture biopsy.Also,abdominal CT revealed a tumor in his left kidney.Thus,radical left nephrectomy was performed and postoperative pathologic disgnosis confirmed renal clear cell carcinoma complicated by bone metastasis.Though radiotherapy and chemotherapy were carried out,he was dead lastly due to systemic metastases.Conclusion：The coexistence of non-Hodgkin＇s lymphoma and primary renal carcinoma is rare.More studies are needed to clarify the relationship between them,we should be alert to the occurrence of multiple primary malignant neoplasms during the follow-up of patients with non-Hodgkin＇s lymphoma.
