摘  要:膨润土具有优良的吸附特性和廉价易得等特点,在水和废水处理领域具有广阔的应用前景。笔者课题组针对天然膨润土在水中易分散浆化、难以固液分离等不足将膨润土与高分子聚合物进行复合制备粒状膨润土复合吸附剂产品,为提高该颗粒产品的吸附速度,本文利用气流膨化扩孔技术对其进行进一步处理,主要研究膨化过程中设备参数及物料因素等对膨化效果的影响,采用XRD、SEM等对膨化产品进行测试分析,并初步探讨其吸附性能。Bentonite has a broad application prospects in the area of water and wastewater treatment because of its adsorption characteristics and low price. For the shortage of natural bentonite that it is easily dispersed in water and then resulted in hardly solidliquid separation, the authors have combined bentonite with high polymer to produce a granular bentonite composite adsorbent product. In order to improve the absorption rate of the composite adsorbent, in the paper, the explosion-puffing technology has been used for its further procession, and mainly discussing the affection of equipment parameters and material factors on puffing results,using XRD and SEM to analysis puffing products and trying to explore the adsorption properties.
