摘　　要：目的通过对一起由克百威引起的急性中毒事件调查分析,为以后类似事件调查处置提供参考。方法采用现场流行病学调查、动物试验及实验室检测相结合的方法。结果共同进餐的6人中,5人发病,2人死亡;现场动物试验喂食馒头的鸭子当场死亡,喂食其它食物的鸭子未出现症状;实验室在所采集样本馒头中检出克百威,确认该事件为一起由克百威污染食物而引起的急性中毒事件。结论医疗机构对救治认识还不足,在抢救中要注意与有机磷类中毒事件区别,以免耽误救治;同时需加强农药的监督管理,正确使用农药,避免儿童、精神异常者接触,以确保人民安全。Objective To investigate an acute poisoning by carbofuran to provide a reference for management of similarincidents in the future. Methods Field epidemiological survey, animal experiment and laboratory test were applied. Results There were 5 people got sick and 2 died out of six who had meal together. Ducks in the steam- bread feeding group diedinstantly, while the other ones fed with other food remianed asymptomatic. Carbofuran was detected from the steam-breadsinjested by the six people, which confirmed the acute carbofuran poisoning. Conclusion The medical institution did nothave enough knowledge in diagnosis and treatment. Distinguishing carbofuran poisoning from AOPP is critical for properdiagnosis and treatment to avoid treatment delay. Meanwhile, management, supervision and proper use of pesticides should beenhanced. Pesticides should be keeped away from children and psychopath to ensure the safty of people＇s life.
