高频电刀烧灼置泵栓塞等综合治疗结直肠癌多发肝转移癌方法探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨应用高频电刀烧灼置泵栓塞等方法综合治疗结直肠癌多发肝转移癌的疗效。方法:选择2005年1月至2014年12月收治的结直肠癌多发肝转移癌患者46例,应用切除原发结直肠癌,高频电刀烧灼置泵栓塞等综合治疗多发肝转移癌,为手术综合治疗组。回顾分析2001年1月至2013年12月结直肠癌多发肝转移癌45例患者资料。应用非手术综合治疗,为非手术综合治疗组。2组肝脏多发转移病灶,分布于左右叶,大于10个转移灶,对比分析2组治疗后生存率。结果:手术综合治疗组1年、2年、3年、4年生存率分别为89%(41/46)、13%(6/46)、2%(1/46)、0(0/46)。非手术综合治疗组1年、2年生存率分别为11%(5/45)、0(0/45)。2组1年、2年生存率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:高频电刀烧灼置泵栓塞等综合治疗结直肠癌多发肝转移癌有较好的治疗效果,提高了患者的生存率。Objective： To investigate the application of high frequency electric knife burning and pump embolism and other methods for the treatment of colorectal cancer with multiple liver metastases. Methods： From Jan 2005 to Dec 2014,46 cases of colorectal cancer with multiple liver metastasis were enrolled. Resection of the primary colorectal cancer,electric knife burning,and other comprehensive treatment of multiple hepatic metastasis were applied and seleted as the surgical treatment group. The data of 45 patients with colorectal cancer from Jan 2001 to Dec 2013 were reviewed. Non-operative treatment was applied and selected as the nonoperative treatment group. Multiple liver metastasis lesions were distributed in the left and right lobe,and were more than 10 in 2groups. The survival rate was compared after the treatment in 2 groups. Results： In the surgical treatment group,one year,two years,three years and four years survival rates were 89%（ 41 /46）,13%（ 6 /46）,2%（ 1 /46）,0（ 0 /46）. In the non-operative treatment group,one year and two years survival rate were 11%（ 5 /45）,0（ 0 /45）. There was significant difference in the survival rate in 2 groups（ P〈0. 01）. Conclusion： Application of electrical knife burning and pump embolism and other methods for the treatment of colorectal cancer with multiple liver metastasis has better treatment effect,improve survival rate methods.
