摘　　要：真人图书馆活动的初衷是通过人与人之间面对面的交流达到消除偏见、增进了解、增长见识、缩短人与人之间距离的目的。通过网络调研、实地调研等方式对湖北省高校图书馆实施的Human Library活动进行了梳理,探讨了高校图书馆在Human Library活动实施和推广中真正面临的问题和困境,并提出了对应的解决办法,为Human Library活动在我国长期稳定的发展提供了参考。The original intention of human library activities is to eliminate the prejudice, enhance the understanding,expand the knowledge and shortens the distance between people through face-to-face communication among people. This paper overviews the human library activities implemented by university libraries in Hubei Province through the network research and field research, probes into the real problems and difficulties faced by university libraries in the implementation and promotion of human library activities, and puts forward some corresponding solutions for providing reference for the long-term stable development of the human library activities in China.
