摘 要:利用三维瞬态有限元法设计了不同功率的通用型永磁同步屏蔽电机。该电机为整体式永磁转子,极弧系数为1,无转子铁心,结构简单。由于二维有限元法无法计算绕组端部漏感,为此采用三维有限元法。考虑到生产成本,在没有改变定子铁心和转子的基础上,保持额定电压及额定转速不变,仅通过改变定子绕组的匝数和线径,从而改变了三相感应电动势,并设计了不同功率的永磁同步屏蔽电机。利用三维瞬态有限元法计算出不同功率电机的各种损耗及效率等性能参数。最后,样机实测结果与计算结果一致,验证了计算结果的正确性。Different powers of general type permanent magnet synchronous canned motor were designed using a threedimensional (3D) transient finite element method (FEM). The permanent magnet motor has a pole arc coefficient of unity,no rotor iron core, and a simple structure. Because the leakage inductance of the winding end can not be computed using atwo dimensional (2D) FEM, a 3D FEM is used. Considering manufacture cost, on the basis of no change of original statorcore and rotor, only by changing the number of winding turns and wire diameter, three different powers of general perma-nent magnet canned motors were designed with the same voltage and speed. In addition, the performance parameters ofthree different powers of motors were derived using the 3D FEM, including all kinds of losses and efficiency. Finally, themeasured results are consistent with the calculation results for the prototype, which verified the correctness of the calcula-tion results.
