摘　　要：新校区建设极大地拓展了高等院校的教学科研空间,为广大师生提供了更加舒适、宽敞的工作、学习环境。同时,高等院校新校区的建设并投入使用,也给学校的管理运行带来了诸多新的问题与挑战。结合天津大学新校区的建成及学校管理机构与部分教学单位迁入的实际情况,对如何解决多校区运行模式与管理机制等问题进行初步的探索研究。New campus greatly expands the space for education,teaching and scientific research in universities,providinga more comfortable and spacious environment for both faculty members and students.Meanwhile,it brings new challengesto university management and operation during new campus construction and operation.Combining with the construction ofTianjin University new campus,including administration and migration of some colleges,this paper carries out a preliminaryexploration and study on how to solve these problems.
