摘  要:目的:比较玻璃离子、复合树脂和复合体修复楔状缺损牙的治疗效果。方法:选择83例患者共195颗楔状缺损牙,随机分为玻璃离子组、树脂组和Dyract复合体组,每组各65个楔状缺损患牙。玻璃离子组患牙使用通用型玻璃离子充填治疗;树脂组采用光固化复合树脂充填治疗;复合体组患牙采用Dyract复合体进行充填修复。3组患者的患牙充填后6个月、12个月随访,用改良的美国公共卫生署(USPHS)评价系统进行临床评价。结果:6个月时,玻璃离子组患牙的疗效低于其他两组;12个月时,复合体组患牙的疗效优于其它两组(P<0.05)。结论:复合体修复楔状缺损牙的效果优于玻璃离子和复合树脂修复效果。Objective To discuss effects of wedge-shaped defect restored by three different materials (glass ionomer, composite resin and Dract AP). Methods: 195 wedge-shaped defects from 83 patients were randomly assigned to three groups according to using GIC, composite resin, Dract AP, separately, 65 teeth in each group. All the defects were restored by the three different materials. The restorations were clinically evaluated at 6 months and 12 months with modified USPHS criteria. Results: The effects of groupGIC were lower than the other two groups at 6 months, and the effects of group Dract AP were higher than the other tao groups at 12month (P〈0. 05). Conclusions: Dract AP shows good promise as a perfect material for restoring the wedge-shaped defect than GICand composite resin.
