国际社会信息生态系统的构建及其稳态实现途径研究

摘　　要：[目的 /意义]国际社会中信息流转的失衡或杂乱无序问题始终存在,这必然影响国际格局的稳定。文章旨在构建国际社会信息生态系统,并探究该系统的稳态途径,提出塑造开放稳定的国际社会大环境的路径。[方法/过程]采用文献分析法、图表法等,并结合国际关系学相关理论对国际社会信息生态系统的稳态实现途径进行探究。[结果 /结论]构建出以信息生态位、信息生态链和信息生态圈递进形成的国际社会信息生态系统,并将康德文化贯穿于国际社会信息生态系统中来实现其稳态。现有对信息生态系统的研究多集中于企业、网站等微观信息系统,而针对宏观信息生态系统的研究较为稀少。[ Purpose/significance ] The imbalance and disorder of information flow in international society have always been existing, which undermines the stability of international structure. This paper aims at proposing the theory of information ecology system in international society and investigating a feasible way of realizing its homeostasis. This theme is of great significance to the establishment of an open yet stable international relations. [ Method/process ] During the research, it applies literature analysis and graphology, and introducing theory of international relations to probe into the issue. [ Result/conclusion] In conclusion, this paper argues that informational ecology niche, informational ecology chain and informational ecosphere constitute the whole information ecology system in international society. In addition, Kant＇ s culture is the solution to homeostasis construction. Previous studies mainly focus on micro information ecology system, such as companies and websites. Studies focused on macro information ecology system are comparatively rare.
