反渗透预处理系统微生物污染原因分析及处理

摘　　要：反渗透保安过滤器滤芯出现频繁污堵现象,通过系统调查、电镜扫描及能普仪检测,确认滤芯被微生物污堵,在预处理系统其他设备也存在微生物污染。预处理阶段杀生剂使用不足、系统经常长时间停运以及工艺流程不合理是导致微生物污染的主要原因。提出对预处理系统全面消毒,清洗被污染过滤器滤料,提高杀菌剂用量并加强水质监测,活性炭过滤后增加二次杀菌点等治理和防控微生物污染的措施。Pollution and blocking problems occur frequently to the safety filter of RO systems. Through systematical investigation and SEM and EDS analysis,it is confirmed that the filter has been polluted by microorganisms,and the microorganism pollution has also been found in other equipment of the pretreatment system. The main causes resulting in microorganism pollution are as follows：insufficient biocide used in the process of pretreatment stage,long downtime of the equipment and unreasonable pretreatment process flow. Based on the cause analysis,some steps of prevention and control of microorganism pollution are taken,such as disinfecting the whole pretreatment system,cleaning or replacing the polluted filter media,increasing the dosage of biocide,reinforcing water monitoring,after enhancing activated carbon filter,increasing the second disinfection points,etc.
