Ex-press植入术治疗难治性青光眼临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨Ex-press青光眼引流器植入术治疗难治性青光眼的疗效。方法对2013年1～12月在上海市和平医院眼科采用Ex-press青光眼引流器植入术治疗难治性青光眼29例（31只眼），比较手术前后的眼压、视力，观察术后并发症等情况。结果术后平均随访（12．9±4．4）个月。术后眼压明显降低，术前眼压15．5～53．0mmHg，平均（34．9±9．2）mmHg，术后1年眼压8．0．30．1mmHg，平均（15．6±4．8）mmHg，两者差异有统计学意义（t=11．117，P〈0．001）；术后1年成功率为87．1％（27／31），完全成功率77．4％（24／31）；术后无严重并发症发生。结论Ex-press植入术治疗房角开放的难治性青光眼安全、有效。Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of a stainless steel glaucoma fil- tration device （Ex-press P50） for the surgical treatment of refractory glaucoma. Methods Twen- ty-nine eyes of 31 patients diagnosed as refractory glaucoma were treated with Ex-press glaucoma fil- tration device implantation. The visual acuity and intraocular pressure were compared before and af- ter operation; the postoperative complications were observed. Results The postoperative mean fol- low up was （12.9±4.4） months. The intraocular pressure was markedly reduced form a preoperative mean of （34.9±9.2mmHg） to a postoperative mean of （15.6±4.8mmHg） at one year, the difference had statistically significant （t =11.117, P 〈0.001）. The postoperative success rate was 87.1% （27/31） and the complete success rate was 77.4% （24/31） at one year; the serious complications weren＇t hap- pened. Conclusions The Ex-press implantation is a safe and effective method for refractory glauco- ma with open anterior chamber.
