企业参与高职院校校企合作的动因及效果分析

摘　　要：通过分析企业参与高职院校校企合作的动因,建立校企合作中企业趋利性、专用性资产投资、获取网络资本动机对校企合作水平作用模型。其中企业趋利性包括3个维度:校企合作贡献、合作伙伴关系和合作远景。通过实证分析得出如下结论:获取收益是企业对校企合作最强烈的意愿,网络资本获取对企业在校企合作意愿有较强的作用力,专用性资产的投资是维系企业趋利性和网络资本的源泉之一,也能提高企业的合作意愿。Through analyzing reasons of enterprise participating in college-enterprise cooperation,we build the model to explain the promotion of enterprise profit-orientation,specific assets and network capital in cooperation. Profit-orientation of enterprise includes three dimensions： contribution to college-enterprise cooperation,partnership and cooperation vision. We draw the following conclusions through empirical analysis： earning profits is the strongest will of enterprise in cooperation,gaining network capital has strong force in university-enterprise cooperation intention,specific assets investment is one of the sources in maintaining profitorientation and network capital,specific assets investment can also enhance the intention of enterprise in cooperation.
