摘　　要：糖尿病视网膜病变是糖尿病最严重的眼部并发症之一,其预后不良,早期诊断和治疗能明显延缓病情的发展。研究发现,糖尿病视网膜病变患者的视网膜功能改变要早于眼底形态学变化,本文总结了该病早期在视力、对比敏感度、色觉、光敏感度及视网膜电生理上的变化,为糖尿病视网膜病变的早期筛查提供依据。Diabetic retinopathy（DR） is one of the most serious ocular disease complicated by diabetes, which has poor prognosis,and early diagnosis and treatment can significantly slow the progress of the disease. The study found that changes of visual function in DR happened earlier than morphological changes of fundus. This paper summarized early signs in vision, contrast sensitivity, color vision,light sensitivity and electrophysiology of the disease to provide basis for early screening for it.
