摘　　要：前部缺血性视神经病变(AION)被认为是一种临床上常见的缺血性眼底疾病,其发病机理复杂,与多种因素有关,在局部及全身因素的共同作用下,睫状后动脉(PCA)发生循环障碍是其发病的基础。为提高其临床早期诊断及提前干预,现将本病的流行病学、发病机制、危险因素作一简要综述。Anterior ischemic optic neuropathy is a common clinical ischemic retina disease. Its pathogenesis involves a variety of factors that are complex. Under the interaction of local and systemic factors, posterior ciliary artery occurred circulation disorder that is the basis of disease. In order to improve the clinical early diagnosis and intervention, the disease epidemiology, pathogenesis and risk factors were reviewed briefly.
