摘 要:为了使畜禽粪便资源化、无害化,探讨钝化剂对畜禽粪便堆肥过程中重金属钝化效果的影响规律。该文利用牛粪进行高温好氧堆肥,研究棉秆木醋液对牛粪堆肥发酵中重金属Cu和Zn形态的影响。由于堆肥过程是多种因素一体的复杂的过程,因素空间难以穷尽,运行机制不明确,又缺乏确定关系的信息,灰色系统理论描述了系统内部的物理或化学过程的本质,为解决此类问题提供了新的思路。试验结果表明:添加棉秆木醋液对重金属Cu和Zn的钝化效果与对照组相比均高度显著,对Cu的钝化能力依次为T4>T3>T4>T2>T1>CK;对Zn的钝化能力依次为T4>T3>T5>T2>T1>CK;其中棉秆木醋液添加比例为0.65%时重金属Cu和Zn钝化效果最好的,其值分别为21.72%和33.11%;Cu的灰色预测模型为x^((0))(k+1)=116.0547(1-e^(-0.1067))e^(0.1067k),预测模型的精度为Ⅰ级;而Zn的灰色预测模型为x^((0))(k+1)=123.9655(1-e^(-0.1386))e^(0.1386k),预测模型的精度为Ⅰ级。In order to make the resource and harmless of animal manure, and to explore the influence rule of passivation effect of heavy metals during cow dung composting, we used cow dung for high temperature aerobic composting to research the effect of cotton stalk wood vinegar on heavy metals Cu and Zn. Because the composting process was one of the complicated processes of many factors, the factors space was hard to end, operation mechanism was not clear, and lack of information to determine the relationship. The grey system theory described the nature of the physical or chemical process within the system, offered a new way to solve such problems. The experimental results showed that cotton stalk wood vinegar added to heavy metals Cu and Zn passivation effect were highly significant as compared with the control group. Passivation ability of Cu was T4〉T3〉T4〉T2〉T1〉CK. Passivation ability of Zn was T4T3T5T2T1CK. Among them, the best passivation effect of heavy metal Cu and Zn was the cotton wood vinegar adding proportion of 0.65%, the values were 21.72% and 33.11%. Grey prediction model for Cu was x^(0)(k+1)=116.0547(1-e^(-0.1067))e^(0.1067k), the precision of the prediction model for Ⅰlevel.
