摘  要:对杨木单板层积材和SPF(云杉-松木-冷杉类)规格材进行齿板压入试验,探讨影响齿板压入的因素。结果表明,齿板压入材料所需的压力和机械功与材料种类、齿板主轴与木纹方向夹角、齿板钉入材料的方向有关,Mitek(型号M-20)齿板压入杨木单板层积材和SPF规格材所需压力范围分别为7.67~10.58k N和8.41~10.01k N。齿板沿杨木单板层积材厚度方向压入所需的压力和机械功较SPF规格材径向大,而齿板沿杨木单板层积材宽度方向压入所需的压力和机械功较SPF规格材弦向小;齿板主轴平行木纹压入所需的压力和机械功分别大于齿板主轴垂直木纹压入所需的压力和机械功;齿板沿杨木单板层积材厚度方向压入所需的压力和机械功分别大于沿宽度方向压入所需的压力和机械功,齿板沿SPF规格材径向压入所需的压力和机械功分别小于沿弦向压入所需的压力和机械功。Tests of truss plate pressing into poplar laminated veneer lumber(LVL) and spruce-pine-fir(SPF) dimension lumber were conducted to investigate the impact factors of truss indentation. The results showed that the material type of the pressure and mechanical power would influence the truss plate spindle and wood grain and the direction of truss plate pressing along the material. The pressure are 7.67-10.58 k N and 8.41-10.01 k N, respectively. The pressure and mechanical power along the thickness direction of poplar LVL were higher than that of it along the radial of SPF. However, the pressure and mechanical power along the width direction of poplar LVL are smaller than that of it along the tangential of SPF. When truss plate spindle was parallel to wood grain, the pressure and mechanical power were greater. The pressure and mechanical power along the thickness direction of poplar LVL were respectively greater than that of it along width direction, but for SPF, the pressure and mechanical power along radial direction were respectively less than that of it along tangential direction.
