跨国公司嵌入对物流产业集群本土企业创新绩效的影响

摘　　要：本文通过对288家物流产业集群本土企业进行问卷调查,运用结构方程模型验证了跨国公司嵌入对物流产业集群本土企业创新绩效的影响以及知识共享的中介作用。研究结果表明:跨国公司关系嵌入能够促进物流产业集群本土企业创新绩效,而隐性知识共享在这个过程中起到部分中介作用;跨国公司认知嵌入并不直接影响物流集群本土企业物流创新绩效,而是通过隐性知识共享的完全中介作用实现;跨国公司结构嵌入和显性知识共享对物流产业集群本土企业创新绩效的影响并不显著。研究明确了跨国公司嵌入对物流产业集群本土企业创新绩效的影响及其机制,对于我国物流产业集群提升创新绩效提供了一定的指导。Based on data collected from 288 companies in logistics clusters in Fujian Province, this paper examines the relationship between embeddedness in the MNE network, knowledge-sharing, and local companies＇ innovation using the structural equation modeling method. The results indicate that relational MNE embeddedness improves the innovation of local companies, and implicit knowledgesharing plays a partial mediating role in the relationships among the companies.MNE cognition embeddedness does not influence the innovation performance of local companies directly, and implicit knowledge- sharing plays a full mediating role in the relationships among the companies. However, the influence of MNE structural embeddedness and explicit knowledge- sharing on innovation performance of local companies is not significant. These results illustrate how MNE embeddedness affects the innovation performance of local companies and provide guidance for logistics clusters hoping to improve their innovation performance.
