结构性模块与计算性模块的悖论

摘　　要：在乔姆斯基、平克和福多等人的心理模块性理论中,心理模块被定义为某种形式的结构。结构性模块的理论困难有二:一是心理模块的结构体系是如何形成的?二是心理模块的结构体系如何实现有机体生命活动的复杂功能?本文梳理了乔姆斯基等人的心理模块理论建构的线索,指出:结构性模块在本质上是某种形式的"计算模块";"计算"和"心理模块"两个概念的冲突使得"计算模块"是一个无法实现的概念。因此,我们需要重新定义心理模块的含义。Chomsky, Pinker and Fodor＇s theories of mental modularity defined mental module as some kinds of structure. Such kinds of structuralism module theories had confronted difficulties of explaining： （1） the formation of mental module＇s structure systems; and （2） how mental modules could carry out such complex functions of life. This article reviews the mental modularity theories of Chomsky and etc., then suggests structuralism module is essentially some kind of ＂compute module＂; and the conflict between two concepts of ＂compute＂ and ＂mental module＂ makes ＂compute module＂ impossible. Thus it may be the time for us to ask a new fashion for the definition of mental module.
