摘　　要：研究生是高等院校一支重要的科研力量,其科技创新能力是高等院校研究生培养质量的重要体现。为深化研究生教育综合改革,建立创新激励机制,常州大学出台了对研究生高水平学术论文奖励制度,调动了研究生科研创新的积极性,拓展了研究生参与科技创新的广度和深度,提高了研究生科研能力[1]。文章对近几年常州大学研究生发表高水平论文相关数据进行了深度分析,对奖励制度进一步修订与完善提出了一些建议[2]。The graduate students are an important research effort of colleges and universities, and the researchcapacity of graduate students is an important manifestation of the quality of graduate education. In order to establishincentives for innovation, and deepen the comprehensive reform of graduate education, Changzhou university has in-troduced a high-level academic paper reward system. The system mobilizes the graduate students＂ enthusiasm of re-search and innovation, extends the breadth and depth of science and technology innovation, which graduate studentsparticipate, and improves their research capability. Based on in-depth analysis of students＂ paper data, some recom-mendations have been made to improve the high-level academic paper reward system.
