摘　　要：黑龙江科技大学全日制工程硕士的培养,立足于工程硕士培养的职业性、应用性和实践性特点,以需求为导向,以特色求发展,以质量谋提升。确立了坚持矿山电气工程的煤矿特色,创新培养模式、创新管理体制、创新培养过程,统筹考虑了校内实践和校外实践的实战性和实效性,阐述了我校全日制工程硕士弹性学制实施的做法及取得的成绩。采取各种措施和办法,促进电气工程领域全日制工程硕士教育质量的全面提升。With the characteristics of profession, application and practicality, full-time master of engineering e-ducationin USTH is oriented by social demand and always pursuing school- running characteristics and quality im-provement. Adhering developing characteristics of coal mine electrical engineering, the university innovates talentstraining mode, management system and training process, considering the training effect of in-school practice andout-school practice.The paper describes the flexible educational system of full-time engineering masterand resultsachieved, introducing that the university adopts various measures and means to fully enhance the education qualityof full-time engineering master.
