“以德为行,以学为上”教育思想指导下开展“五进”育人的探究——以广州工商学院为例

摘　　要：德才兼备、以德为先是当代社会选拔人才的重要标准,如何培养适应社会要求的德才兼备的大学生是高校教育工作的核心。本文在解析"以德为行,以学为上"教育理念的内涵以及"五进"内涵的基础上,明晰倡导"以德为行,以学为上"这一教育理念的重要意义,结合广州工商学院(以下简称"我院")的实际,探讨如何通过"五进"活动开展育人工作。The standard of selecting talents in modem society is that the talents must have both ability and in-tegrity, and ethic takes precedence. Therefore,how to cultivate university students who can meet the needs of societyis the key to higher education. Thepaper tries to give brief analysis about the ideas of ＂Five Ins＂and concepts of ＂Putting Ethics as Guidelines and Study as Priority＂. On this basis, the author employs his own practical experiencein Guangzhou College of Technology and Business to discuss how to apply ＂Five Ins＂ in higher education.
