摘　　要：在新媒体高速发展的当今社会,大学生心理健康教育迎来了新的发展契机。文章拟分析新媒体的特点及大学生心理健康规律,旨在探索新媒体时代下优化大学生心理健康教育的方法与策略,创造性提出了有针对性的具体实践路径。In the modem society featured with rapidly developed new media, there is a new chance of collegestudents＂ psychological health education. This paper will analyze characteristics of the new media and rules of col-lege students＂ psychological health, and the purpose is to explore better methods and strategies of college students＂psychological health education. In addition, some practical and pointed approaches will be proposed creatively in thispaper.
