全身静脉化疗和髂内动脉栓塞灌注化疗对宫颈癌微淋巴管密度和血管内皮生长因子表达的影响研究

摘　　要：目的探讨全身静脉化疗和髂内动脉栓塞灌注化疗对宫颈癌微淋巴管密度和血管内皮生长因子表达的影响。方法选取医院临床收治的72例宫颈癌患者和72例健康人群进行比较研究。结果宫颈癌患者的VEGF-A、C、D等3项指标水平均明显高于健康人群,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。给予患者全身静脉化疗后VEGF-A和VEGF-C治疗前、后比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),患者的VEGF-D水平显著降低且治疗前、后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);给予患者髂内动脉栓塞灌注化疗后VEGF-A治疗前、后比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),患者的VEGF-C和-D水平显著降低且治疗前、后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);宫颈癌患者的LMVD值明显高于健康人群,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);给予患者髂内动脉栓塞灌注化疗后,研究组和对照组患者的LMVD值均明显降低,研究组低于对照组,且差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论宫颈癌患者的宫颈癌微淋巴管密度和血管内皮生长因子表达水平会升高,髂内动脉栓塞灌注化疗方式的临床治疗效果具有显著的比较优势。Objective To explore the effects of systemic venous chemotherapy and internal iliac artery embolization perfusion chemotherapy on lymphatic microvessel density （LMVD） and vascular endothelial growth factor expression in cervical cancer. Methods Seventytwo cervical cancer patients and seventy-two healthy women were selected, the clinical data was compared. Results The levels of VEGFA, C, D in cervical cancer patients were statistically significantly higher than those in healthy women （ P〈0. 05 ） . There was no statistically significant difference in the levels of VEGF-C and VEGF-A between before and after treatment （ P〉0. 05 ） . VEGF-D level after treatment was statistically significantly lower than that before treatment （P〈0. 05 ） . There was no statistically significant difference in the level of VEGF-A between before and after treatment （ P〉0. 05 ） . The levels of VEGF-C and VEGF-D after treatment were statistically significantly lower than those before treatment （ P〈0. 05 ） . LMVD value of cervical cancer patients was statistically significantly higher than that of healthy women （ P〈0.05 ） . After internal lilac artery embolization perfusion chemotherapy, LMVD values of cervical cancer patients and healthy women decreased significantly, LMVD value of cervical cancer patients was statistically significantly lower than that of healthy women （P〈0. 05） . Conclusion LMVD and vascular endothelial growth factor expression level of cervical cancer patients increase, the clinical effect of internal iliac artery embolization chemotherapy has obvious advantages.
