健康促进工程视野下上海高校公共体育教学模式研究

摘　　要：根据上海市教委"学生健康促进工程"要求,审视上海市高校公共体育教学现状,指出其中六个主要困境,即缺少强有力的制度保障,课程设置存在不足,"三自主"选课难以落实,课内学习缺乏课外延续,教学手段缺乏创新,教学评价存在偏差等,影响了大学生体质健康状况的进一步提高。建议构建新型的教学模式,应牢固树立"健康第一"的教学理念,把大众健身类运动项目作为首选教学内容,要充分运用现代化教学组织形式,构建课内外一体化教学评价模式。According to the ＂ The student physical health promotion project＂ of Shanghai Municipal Education Commission,Authors examined the present situation of college P. E. teaching in Shanghai. They pointed out that six major difficulties which is lack of strong system guarantee,the curriculum problems,self- selection is difficult to implement,study in class is unable to continue in the extracurricular,teaching methods lack of innovation,teaching evaluation is not comprehensive,and so on.These problems affected the further improve the physical health of College Students. The authors gave out some suggestions to build the new teaching mode such as firmly establishing the ＂ health first＂ concept of teaching,the public health event as the first choice of teaching content,making full use of modern teaching organization form,construction of the integration of classroom teaching evaluation model.
