摘　　要：以企业需求为导向进行Java课程改革是高校适应社会发展培养高端型人才的必然选择,有助于实现课堂进步与教学内容改革,提升学生实践技巧与就业能力。文章分析了Java课程的教学弊端,并从3个角度简要探讨了基于企业需求的Java课程教学改革策略,希望能为打造Java课程高效课堂、满足企业人才需求缺口提供支持。Guided by the demands of enterprise Java curriculum reform is to adapt to the social development inevitable choice of the type of high-end talent cultivation, help to achieve progress and classroom teaching content reform, improve students＇ practical skills and employment ability.This paper analyzes the Java course teaching, and briefly discusses Java teaching reform strategy based on the needs of companies from three angles, hopes to create a Java class supports efficient classroom, meets the demand of enterprise talent gap.
