左半结肠癌腹腔镜下完整切除与传统左半结肠癌切除术疗效分析

摘　　要：目的分析左半结肠癌腹腔镜下完整切除与传统左半结肠癌切除术疗效。方法将收治的43例行左半结肠癌腹腔镜下完成切除术治疗的患者作为研究组,将43例行传统左半结肠癌切除术的患者作为对照组。结果研究组术中出血量、术后通气时间、住院时间以及并发症情况与对照组进行比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用外科平面的手术路径进行左半结肠癌腹腔镜下完整切除术,疗效显著,安全性高,是值得临床选择的一种手术方式。Objective To study under left laparoscopic colon surgery complete resection plane and surgical path.Methods Selected June 2012-February 2015 under our hospital complete line of laparoscopic resection of the left colon for the treatment of 43 cases of left colon cancer patients as the study group,previously selected in our hospital for treatment 43 left colon cancer patients as the control group patients with tradition, using the traditional left colon resection for treatment, the treatment effect was observed between the two groups.Results The total number of lymph nodes,the study group blood loss,postoperative ventilation time,hospital stay and complications were compared with the control group,there was a statistically significant difference（ P 〈0.05）.Conclusion The surgical operation path for the next plane left intact laparoscopic colon resection could be a significant effect,high security and it is worthy of selection of a surgical way.
