超薄瓷贴面前牙微创美学修复的临床应用

摘　　要：目的:评价超薄瓷贴面前牙微创美学修复的临床应用效果。方法:选择由于氟牙症、牙釉质发育不全、四环素牙、牙间隙过大、前牙切端缺损等原因要求行前牙美容修复的患者12例共58颗牙,用超薄热压铸瓷贴面进行修复。术后1、6个月及1、2年后进行随访,评估修复效果。结果:经过2年的临床观察,58颗瓷贴面中有1颗破损,1颗脱落,修复体成功率96.6%,患者对修复效果满意。结论:超薄瓷贴面磨牙少,强度高,色泽逼真,是一种良好的前牙微创美学修复方法。Objective： To evaluate the clinical effect of minimally invasive aesthetic restoration of the anterior teeth with ultra thin porcelain laminate veneer. Methods： Twelve patients were selected for cosmetic restoration of anterior teeth because of tetracycline stained teeth,dental fluorosis,enamel dysplasia,tooth gap,anterior teeth cut angle defects and other reasons. Ultra hot pressing cast porcelain laminate veneers were used for the restoration treatment. The patients were followed up after 1 month,6 months,1 year and 2 years of treatment and the restoration effect was evaluated. Results： After 2 years of clinical follow-up,56 porcelain veneers were still complete. However,one piece of veneer was damaged and another one fell off. The success rate was 96. 6%. The patients were satisfied with the effect of cosmetic restoration. Conclusion： Porcelain laminate veneer is a good option for the repair of the anterior teeth. It has high strength,wonderful color and lustre with less tooth cutting.
