摘  要:利用自建的热风干燥实验台研究热风温度、相对湿度、风速以及不同吹风方式(水平、垂直)对典型软木生物质燃料干燥特性的影响。结果表明:典型软木热风干燥分为等速和降速2个阶段,热风温度是干燥过程主要影响因素,垂直吹风方式可提高干燥速率,Fluent软件模拟结果与实验结果吻合。基于本文实验数据,对4种常见农作物干燥模型进行非线性拟合,相关系数FR2、标准残差和FRSS、标准误差FSD的对比结果表明,Page模型是典型软木低温热风干燥的最优模型。典型软木有效水分扩散系数Deff受热风温度影响较大,温度越高,Deff越大,热风湿度、风速、吹风方式对Deff的影响相对较小。The influences of hot-air temperature,speed,relative humidity and blowing way(parallel and vertical)on drying characteristics of camphor were studied on a self-built hot air drying test bench.The results show that the whole drying process includes two phases,the constant speed phase and the declining speed phase.The hot air temperature is the main factor affecting the drying process,and vertical flow can increase the drying rate.This result was confirmed by Fluent simulation.On the basis of the test data,nonlinearly fitting was also conducted for four drying models.Comparison between the value of relative correlation FR2,the residual sum of squares FRSSand the root mean square error FSDindicates that the Page model is the optimal model for describing camphor hot air drying process at low temperature.The effective moisture diffusion coefficient Deffis affected greatly by the temperature,it increases with the temperature,while the hot air humidity,speed and blowing mode have little effects on the Deff.
