摘　　要：为给我国第四方物流企业进一步发展壮大奠定理论基础,本文分别从市场竞争力、财务运营、信息管理、人力资源、协调能力、创新能力六个方面提出了第四方物流企业竞争力评价指标体系,在此基础上构建了基于网络分析法(ANP)的第四方物流企业竞争力评价方法,最后通过案例应用验证了这一评价方法的可行性。In order to lay the theoretical foundation for the further development and expansion of the fourth party logistics（4PL） enterprises, the paper proposed the competitiveness evaluation index system of 4PL enterprises from 6 aspects, that is, market competitiveness, financial operation, information management, human resource, cooperation capability, innovation capability. Based on the index system, the paper builds the competitiveness measurement of 4PL enterprises using Analytic Network Process（ANP）. Finally, it explains the above properties through an application example.
