摘 要:考察科技企业孵化器在成长过程中与创投形成的复杂合作竞争(竞合)关系,构建了科技企业孵化器种群与创投种群竞合的生态学模型,利用相图分析方法分析了各个平衡点的稳定性,讨论了两种群竞合效应对均衡的影响,并对模型进行了仿真分析。研究结果表明,孵化器种群的不同发展阶段对应了竞合模型的3种稳定状态,孵化器种群与创投种群的相互作用强度和孵化器种群的合作区间长度共同决定了两种群发展的最终稳定状态。This paper examines the complex relations of cooperation and competition(coopetition)between business incubators and venture capitalists in the development of business incubator. A coopetition model between business incubator population and venture capital population is built and the phase diagram analysis method is used to analyze the stability of each equilibrium point.The competing and cooperating effects on the two population's stable point are discussed and the evolution of business incubator population and venture capital population is simulated.The results show that the different stages of development of incubator population correspond to three stable states of the coopetition model,and the interaction strength of incubator population and venture capital population,and the incubator population's cooperative interval length together determine the final stable state of development of incubator population and venture capital population.
