摘  要:目的探讨双眼视感知觉疗法联合调节功能训练在近视性弱视治疗中的临床疗效。方法选择2013-2014年在我院就诊的近视性弱视患儿47例(87眼),其中采用双眼视感知觉疗法联合调节功能方法训练25例(46眼);采用传统弱视治疗方法 22例(41眼)。分析开始治疗后1、3、6个月以及1年两组视力和屈光状态变化情况。结果训练后3和6个月时视感知觉疗法联合调节功能训练组在治疗有效率分别为82.6%和89.13%好于传统训练组(χ2=4.537,P<0.05;χ2=4.537,P<0.05);训练后1年时两组间有效率无统计学差异,但在治愈率方面好于传统训练组(P<0.05)。训练后3和6个月时视感知觉训练组视力提升幅度大于传统训练组(t=-3.820,P<0.05;t=-2.12,P<0.05),而在训练后1个月和1年时视力提升幅度两组之间无统计学差异(P>0.05)。传统训练组球镜度数增加幅度在治疗后1年大于视感知觉疗法联合调节功能训练组(t=2.037,P<0.05),在训练后1、3及6个月时无统计学差异(P>0.05);两组训练前后散光变化均无统计学差异。结论视感觉疗法联合调节功能训练治疗近视性弱视优于传统训练方法,并在弱视治疗中控制近视加深方面起到积极作用。Objective To evaluate the effect of perceptual learning combined with accommodative training on treatment of myopia amblyopia. Methods 47 Patients (87 eyes)with myopia amblyopia, which were selected from Pedi- atric ophthalmology clinic between 2013 and 2014, 25 Patients(46 eyes) were treated with perceptual learning combined withaeeommodative training, 21 patients (41 eyes) were treated with traditional therapy. The change of visual acuity and refraction state were compare and analysis of two groups 1,3,6 months and 1 year after treatment. Results The total ef- fective rate of perceptual learning combined with accommodative trainingwas 82.6% and 89.13%respectively 3.6months after treatment, Which better than that of traditional training (Xz=4.537, P 〈0.05; X2=4.537, P 〈0.05). There was no sig- nificant differences of two Groups 1 year after treatment. However, better than traditional therapy in cure rate. It better than traditional training group in the amount of improvement in visual acuity 3,6months after treatment (t =-3.820, P 〈 0.05; t =-2.12, P 〈0.05), However,there was no significant differences of two Groups 1 month and 1 year after treatment (P 〉0.05). The increasing amplitude of spherical power of traditional training group was larger than perceptual learning combined with accommodative training group after lyear treatment (t =2.037, P 〈0.05). There was no significant differ- ences of two Groups 1 , 3 and 6 months after treatment (P 〉0.05). The change of astigmatism was no significant differ- ence between two groups pre and post treatment. Conclusion The perceptual learning combined with accommodative training is better than traditional training, and play a positive role on slow progression of myopia.
