摘　　要：2010年由中美双边共同达成美国十万强计划,在其背景之下成立及运作的十万强基金会,极大推动了留学中国的浪潮。为了更好地助力项目的进程,十万强基金会采取了多样化路径进行筹款:与美国知名企业、语言类旗舰高校进行合作;兼容民间慈善及热心人士的捐赠;与中国的企业及服务机构进行合作以增加款项来源。十万强基金的款项来源均衡,具有辐射性规模效应,与各方建有良好的公共关系,可持续发展,并努力寻求感恩平衡点,推动款项正向加速度运行。当下需要审慎地对其进行理性分析,以便探索出筹款的特殊性及未来更为契合的发展道路。As the most influential and the most significant Sino-American educational exchange program,the 100 KStrong Initiative was launched in 2010.With the very promising plan,the newly established 100 K Strong Foundations possesses great influences on the domestic exchange between two countries and promotes this project.The funds rising of the 100 KStrong Foundations relies on the enterprises,universities and some philanthropists.At the same time,the 100 KStrong Foundations takes the cooperation with Chinese official government as well.In order to further facilitate the initiative,it's necessary to make a close examination on approaches of funds rising and explore a way for near future development.
