摘 要:目的 通过对医院信息系统门诊网络预约挂号实时付费模式实施前后的数据进行分析,探索实时付费模式对门诊预约挂号途径的改进作用.方法 对比2015年3-4月实时付费模式开展后(付费预约)与2014年同期该模式开展前(传统预约)有效预约就诊率及爽约率.结果 2014年3-4月传统预约方式门诊总人次9 726人次,有效预约就诊率为33.5% (3 261/9 726),爽约率为20.0%(816/4 077);2015年3-4月付费预约方式门诊总人次9 596人次,有效预约就诊率为44.5%(4 270/9 596),爽约率为2.3%(100/4 370);付费预约方式有效预约就诊率高于传统预约方式、爽约率低于传统预约方式,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=107.40,P <0.01;x2 =551.85,P<0.01).结论 实时付费模式的预约挂号能够降低门诊爽约率,增加有效预约就诊率.Objective To investigate the improvement effect of real-time payment pattern on the efficacy of pre-registration in outpatient department through data analysis of hospital information system.Methods The effective rate and miss rate of appointment were analyzed before real-time payment pattern (March-April 2014,traditional appointment) and after real-time payment pattern (March-April 2015,pay appointment).Results There were 9 726 person-time outpatients in traditional appointment from March-April 2014,the effective rate and miss rate of appointment was 33.5% (3 261/9 726) and 20.0% (816/4 077);there were 9 596 person-time outpatients in pay appointment from March-April 2015,the effective rate and miss rate of appointment was 45.5% (4 270/9 596) and 2.3% (100/4 370).The effective rate of appointment was significantly higher,the miss rate of appointment was significantly lower in;pay appointment than those in traditional appointment (χ^2 =107.40,P 〈0.01;x2 =551.85,P 〈0.01).Conclusion The real-time payment pattern can decrease the miss rate and increase the effective rate of appointment in pre-registration of outpatient.
