盐酸培他啶联合盐酸异丙嗪注射液治疗眩晕症患者的疗效

摘　　要：目的 观察研究盐酸培他啶联合盐酸异丙嗪注射液治疗眩晕症的临床疗效。方法 选取宁波市第一医院耳鼻喉科2013年1月~2014年3月期间收治疗的确诊为眩晕症的患者共70例,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各35例,对照组给予盐酸异丙嗪注射液治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上给予盐酸培他啶治疗,随访并记录2组患者左椎动脉、右椎动脉、基底动脉血流速度、全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度、血浆黏度和总有效率情况。结果 观察组患者治疗后左椎动脉、右椎动脉、基底动脉分别为（43.64±3.84、43.67±3.79、44.95±3.81）cm/s,均高于对照组（37.81±3.71、38.16±3.78、38.24±3.77）cm/s（P〈0.05）。观察组治疗后全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度、血浆黏度分别为（5.45±0.41、8.60±0.34、2.11±0.13）m Pa/s,均低于对照组（6.01±0.43、9.71±0.40、2.45±0.15）m Pa/s（P〈0.05）。观察组患者治疗后总有效率为高于对照组（91.43%vs.68.57%,χ2=5.714,P〈0.05）。结论 盐酸培他啶联合盐酸异丙嗪注射液治疗眩晕症的临床治疗效果确切,无明显不良反应。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of betahistine hydrochloride combined with promethazine hydrochloride injection in the treatment of vertigo patients. Methods 70 patients with vertigo from January 2013 to March 2014 in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 35 cases in each group. The control group received promethazine hydrochloride treatment, and observation group received betahistine hydrochloride treatment on the basis of control group. The patients were followed up and blood flow velocity of left vertebral artery, the right vertebral artery, basilar artery, high shear whole blood viscosity, low shear whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity and total efficiency discrepancy were recorded. Results The blood flow velocity of left vertebral artery, the right vertebral artery and basilar artery in observation group post-treatment were （43,.64 ±3. 84, 43.67 ±3.79, 44.95 ±3. 81）cm/s, which were higher than those in control group （37. 81 ±3.71,38. 16 ±3.78, 38. 24 ±3.77）cm/ s （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The high shear whole blood viscosity, low shear whole blood viscosity and plasma viscosity in observation group post-treatment were （5.45 ±0. 41,8.60±0. 34, 2. 11 ±0. 13） mPa/s, which were lower than those in control group （6. 01 ±0.43, 9.71 ±0. 40, 2. 45 ±0. 15）mPa/s（P 〈0. 05）. The total eglciency discrepancy in observation group was higher than that in control group （91.43% vs. 68.57% ,X2 = 5. 714, P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Betahistine hydrochloride combined with promethazine hydrochloride injection has an exact effect in the treatment of vertigo patients with no obvious adverse reactions.
