摘  要:目的探讨1,25-二羟维生素D3联合脾氨肽口服冻干粉对哮喘患者CD4+CD25+T细胞、TGF-β1及VEGF的影响。方法收集56例支气管哮喘患者,随机分为对照组和实验组,每组各28例,分别给予相应的药物治疗,治疗结束后,对所有患者的静脉血CD4+CD25+T细胞水平、血清TGF-β1、VEGF水平、ACT评分及肺功能情况进行检测。结果治疗后,与对照组比较,实验组患者静脉血CD4+CD25+T细胞水平较高(P<0.05);血清TGF-β1水平较高(P<0.05);血清VEGF水平较低(P<0.05);FEV1%、FEV1/FVC值较高(P<0.05);ACT评分较高(P<0.05)。结论 1,25-二羟维生素D3联合脾氨肽口服冻干粉能够显著升高支气管哮喘患者静脉血CD4+CD25+T细胞水平及血清TGF-β1,降低血清VEGF水平,提高免疫力,改善肺功能和治疗效果。.Objective To analysis the effect of 1,25-(OH) 2-VitD3 combined with spleen ammonia peptide oral freeze dry powder on CD4 + CD25 + T cells, TGF- β1 and VEGF in patients with asthma. Methods 56 patients who were diagnosed with bronchial asthma were randomly divided into experiment group and control group, 28 cases in each group. Patients were given the appropriate drug treatment, after the treatment, the venous blood level of CD4 + CD25 + T cells, the serum levels of TGF-β1 and VEGF, the ACT score and pulmonary function were detected in all patients. Results After treatment, compared with control group, the venous blood level of CIM + CD25 + T cells was higher in the experiment group ( P 〈 0. 05) ;the serum TGF-β1 level was higher( P 〈 0. 05 ) ;the serum VEGF level was lower( P 〈 0. 05 ) ; the FEVI% and FEV1/ FVC were higher( P 〈 0. 05 ) ; the ACT score was higher(P 〈0.05). Conclusion The 1,25-(OH) 2-VitD3 combined with spleen ammonia peptide oral freeze dry powder can improve significantly the venous blood level of CD4 + CD25 + T cells and the serum TGF-β1 level, reduce serum VEGF level in patients with bronchial asthma, improve immunity, ameliorate lung function and treatment effect.
