摘  要:目的探究新疆中学教师职业紧张与工作倦怠状况及其相互之间的关系,有针对性地提出缓解或克服教师工作倦怠的建议。方法采用分层整群抽样的方法,抽取新疆具有代表性的两市三地区(乌鲁木齐市、克拉玛依市、巴音郭楞蒙古自治州、伊犁哈萨克自治州、哈密地区)的中学在职任课的3 500名教师进行现场问卷调查,将中学教师职业紧张水平与西南地区常模进行比较,对中学教师不同人口学特征工作倦怠比较分析,对教师不同职业紧张工作倦怠水平分析,对职业紧张和职业倦怠进行相关性分析。结果 (1)新疆中学教师职业任务、个体紧张反应得分高于中国西南地区教师职业紧张常模,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);(2)高中教师倦怠程度高于初中教师;男性教师倦怠程度高于女性教师;汉族教师倦怠程度低于少数民族教师;(3)职业紧张与工作倦怠呈正相关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),个体应对资源与工作倦怠呈负相关且差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论新疆中学教师职业紧张情况比较严重;不同性别、民族及年级教师职业紧张程度、工作倦怠情况不同;职业任务越重,紧张反应越强,工作耗竭、人格解体、成就感降低得分越高,倦怠情况越严重;个体应对资源与工作倦怠呈负相关,个体应对资源越好,倦怠情况就有所缓解。Objective To explore middle school teachers′occupational stress and job burnout in xinjiang between reality and their mutual relations,so as to make the pertinence suggestion to alleviate or overcome the teachers′job burnout.Methods Using stratified cluster sampling method,selected in Xinjiang three Area and two city(Karamay,Bazhou,Urumqi,Yili,Hami area)questionnaire survey was conducted on3500 teachers in the middle school classroom.The occupational stress level of secondary school teachers were compared with norm in southwest China.A comparative analysis of different demographic characteristics of secondary school teachers,For secondary school teachers occupational stress different job burnout level was analyzed.Correlation analysis was carried out on the occupational stress and job burnout.Results(1)High school teachers in xinjiang professional task,individual stress response scores were higher than the norm of teachers occupational stress in southwest China,and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.01);(2)Burnout level of high school teacher was higher than that the junior high school teachers;Male teacher burnout level was higher than female teachers;Han Chinese teacher burnout level was lower than the minority teachers;(3)Occupational stress and job burnout were positively correlated,and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.01);Individual coping resources and job burnout were negatively correlated,and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.01).Conclusion Xinjiang middle school teacher occupation tense situation is more serious;the occupation stress,job burnout were different in different occupation,different gender,nationality and grade teacher;the heavier occupational tasks led to the more severe stress reaction work exhaustion,depersonalization,the higher the score of achievement sense decreased,more burnout situation;Individual coping resources were negatively correlated with job burnout.The better Individual coping resourcescan ease
