摘　　要：首先对明代民间医疗的功德观念作了简单介绍;其次对医者虽治而无功作了介绍并分析了原因;最后讨论了基于明代诊疗效果的医患关系特点对现实社会医患关系的启示:行业有门槛,通识应无界;责任已扩大,功绩要厘清;权利在提升,行使须依法;规则很重要,事后也监督。At the beginning,this paper introduced the concept of merit in folk medicine simply. Secondly,the situation that although the healer cure but with no contribution is introduced to analyze the reason. Finally,it discussed the characteristics of the doctor- patient relationship based on treatment effect of Ming dynasty and realistic enlightenment to current doctor- patient relationship： the industry has threshold,general knowledge should be unbounded; the responsibility has expanded,merit must be clarify; rights are in the ascent,exercising right should be in accordance with the laws; the rules are very important,later supervision is also needed.
