摘　　要：通过概述公共卫生伦理学的兴起,论述了公共卫生伦理学的研究内容及相关伦理问题,即疾病防治中的伦理问题,以群体为单位的伦理问题,公共卫生政策制定中的伦理问题,生物科学影响下的伦理问题,涉及人的生物医学研究的伦理审查问题。并分析了公共卫生伦理学的思考方式,即适度多元化,避免主义化及外在关系中的思考方式,最后指出了公共卫生伦理学未来的发展状况。This article outlines the arising,the research content,the related ethical issues and the future development of public health ethics. The related ethical issues contains the ethical issues of disease prevention and control,the ethical issues in group unit,the ethical issues in public health policy- making,the ethical issues under the influence of biological science,and ethics review issues related with the thinking methoods namely moderate diversity,avoiding the socialism and in a relationship. The last,the article points out the human subjects in biomedical researches.
