医学生机能学实验中动物伦理教育的思考

摘　　要：医学生机能学实验过程中存在动物实验前的饲养环境较差、课前准备不充分、实验操作不规范、不注重麻醉技术的学习、实验后对动物随意处置等伦理问题。在对这些问题进行分析研究的基础上,结合尊重动物的权利与关注动物福利的思想,从学校积极重视支持、课程设置、规范实验设计和操作步骤、提高动物实验教学教师的动物伦理意识、培养学生的实验动物伦理意识等方面提出建议。并就加强教育进一步提出了思考:国内医学院校普遍需要加强医学伦理教育、应采取多种形式培养医学生善待生命的医德素质。There existed animal ethical issues in the process of functional experiment including poor breeding environment before animal experiment,insufficient prepare before class,not standard experimental operation,less attention paid to the study of anesthesia,disposal on animals after the experiment. Based on the analysis of these issues and combined with the thought of respect for animals＇ rights and attention to animal welfare,the authors put forward suggestions from the aspects including the schools＇ active attention and support,curriculum,standardizing the experimental design and operation steps,improving the animal experiment teachers＇ ethical consciousness,cultivating the students＇ experimental animal ethical consciousness. In addition,this paper put forward the thinking of further strengthening education： the domestic medical colleges generally need to strengthen medical ethics education,and should adopt various forms to cultivate medical students＇ medical ethics quality of treasuring life.
