规范化人文素质培训在实习护生临床带教中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨规范化人文素质培训在实习护生临床带教中的应用效果。方法对51名护生进行规范化人文素质培训,比较培训前后护生的人文关怀能力及患者满意度。结果经过规范化人文素质培训,护生人文关怀能力较前有所提高(P<0.05);住院患者对护生满意度提升(P<0.05)。结论规范化人文素质培训可提高护生人文关怀能力,提高患者对护生的满意度。Objective： To explore the application effects on standardized training of humanistic quality of clinical teaching in nursing students. Methods： A standardized training of humanistic quality was conducted in 51 nursing students,and then the humanistic caring ability and patient satisfaction before and after the training were compared. Results： There were significant difference of humanistic caring ability（ P〈0. 05） and patients＇ satisfaction（ P〈0. 05） after the standardized training of humanistic quality. Conclusion： The standardize training of humanistic quality to nursing student can improve nursing students＇ humanistic caring ability and patients＇ satisfaction.
