曾氏家风的内涵及其现实启示

摘　　要：曾氏家风得以有明确的文字传承,要归功于曾家几代人的言传身教以及曾国藩的总结和概括。曾氏家风以勤俭为本、耕读传家、孝友为基的独特内涵,是其保持家族世代传承、使得后代英才辈出的原因之所在。它为我们纷繁浮躁的现代社会提供了思想引导和行为指南,启迪人们:要培养勤勉踏实的实干精神,身处鼎盛的忧患意识,重视本业,心无旁骛的思想境界,以及勇于担当的实体意识和民胞物与的开阔胸襟。Thanks to the words and deeds of several generations as well as Zeng Guofan＇s summary and generalization, the Zeng＇s family tradition can have a clear text transmission. The unique connotation of the family tradition includes ： diligence and thriftiness as the root of the family, cultivation and reading passed on from generation to generation in the family, filial piety and being amicable with neighbors as the base of the family. That＇s why the Zeng＇s family can be maintained from generation to gener- ation and persons of outstanding abilities come forth in large numbers here. It provides ideological guidance and behavioral guide- lines for our chaotic and impetuous modern society. It inspires us to try to develop in family the virtues of hardworking and doing the solid work, consciousness of suffering when living in the heyday, the realm of concentrating on one＇s own industry, the entity consciousness of having a courage to act and the broad - mindedness of loving all things.
