摘　　要：本文在分析当代社会创新能力重要性的基础上,首先对大学生创新能力培养的紧迫性与必要性进行了分析,进而探讨了培养大学生创新能力的方法与途径,并以我校创新人才培养的研究与探索为例,对基于CDIO的应用型创新人才培养的主要举措和阶段成果进行了总结,最终说明了该培养方法的可行性。Based on the analysis on the importance of innovative ability,this paper first analyzes the urgency and necessity to cultivate creative talents in universities and then discusses the effective ways and means for it. Taking the study practice in our school as an example,the authors summarize the major measures and stage achievements in training the applied and creative talents based on CDIO and elaborate the feasibility of these measures.
