摘 要:对有载分接开关内漏故障及现有分析判断方法进行介绍,提出了一种基于油中溶解气体含量判断有载分接开关内漏故障的方法。该方法首先对变压器本体和有载分接开关油中溶解气体含量进行色谱分析,然后选取H_2、CH_4、C_2H_6、C_2H_4、C_2H_2五种特征气体含量作为样本特征计算变压器本体与有载分接开关油中特征气体含量的相关系数。相关系数r≥0.9,即认为有载分接开关可能有内漏,相关系数r越接近于1,有载分接开关内漏的可能性越大。The internal oil leakage phenomenon of on-load tap changer and existing methods for analysis and determination of such fault were introduced in this paper firstly. A method based on the contents of gases dissolved in the oil was put forward to determine such internal oil leakage of on-load tap changer. In this method,the chromatographic analysis of gases dissolved in oil of transformer itself and oil of on-load tap changer was carried out firstly. Then the contents of five kinds of characteristic gases,e. g. H2,CH4,C2H6,C2H4,C2H2,were used as sample feature to compare the contents of these gases in transformer itself and that in tap-changer,so as to calculate the correlation coefficient. If the coefficient was equal or greater than 0. 9,it was considered that the internal leakage may occur. The closer the coefficient equals to 1,the higher the possibility of internal leakage occurs to the tap-changer.
