摘  要:提出了一种基于LTCC技术的UHF波段宽带集总Wilkinson功率分配器。该功分器由LC结构组合而成,根据奇偶模阻抗理论,这样的结构可实现更高的隔离度。采用了螺旋电感结构来实现功分器的小型化。通过ADS电路仿真以及HFSS三维建模设计,功分器的加工测试结果与电磁仿真结果相匹配。功分器的中心频率为1.05 GHz,带宽为300 MHz,两输出端口插入损耗均优于3.26 d B,隔离度优于28 d B(1.08 GHz<f<1.14 GHz),回波损耗优于20 d B,尺寸仅为3.10 mm×1.55 mm×0.89 mm。The UHF band wide-band lumped Wilkinson power divider based on LTCC technology was presented.The power divider was composed of LC structure based on odd-even mode theory,so as to realize stronger isolation.Spiral inductance structure was adopted in this design to realize the miniaturization of the power divider.By ADS circuit simulation and the HFSS software to optimize the 3D modeling,the power divider was fabricated and tested.Results denote that the test result of the power divider matches the simulation result.The center frequency of the power divider is 1.05 GHz,the bandwidth is 300 MHz,the insertion losses of two output ports are better than 3.26 d B,the isolation is over 28 d B(1.08 GHzf1.14 GHz),the return loss is superior to 20 d B,and the size is only 3.10 mm×1.55 mm×0.89 mm.
