摘 要:microRNA是生物体内一类长度19~24个核苷酸的非编码小分子单链RNA,通过与目的基因mRNA的3端非编码区互补配对,引起mRNA直接降解或转录后翻译抑制,因影响目的蛋白表达,从而影响细胞凋亡、增殖与分化等生物学行为。miR-133a在多种肿瘤中均有异常表达,与肿瘤细胞的侵袭、转移和增殖等生物学行为密切相关,可作为肿瘤早期诊断、治疗靶点或预后监测的指标。本文就miR-133a在肿瘤发生、发展过程中的研究进展作一综述。microRNA is a kind of small non-coding single-strand RNAs with the length of 19 to 24 nucleotides.It influences the expression of interest protein by triggering either RNA degradation or translational repression through targeting the 3'untranslated regions of mRNA,so as to influence the biological processes including apoptosis,proliferation and differentiation of cancer cells.miR-133 ais abnormally expressed in many tumours and is closely correlated with cell invasion,migration and proliferation.Therefore,miR-133 acan be used as a tumor indicator for monitoring early diagnosis,therapeutic targets and prognosis.This paper reviews the research progress of the role of miR-133 ain the occurrence and development of tumors.
