摘　　要：目的探讨survivin、P53、P27在非小细胞肺癌组织中的表达。方法 89例非小细胞肺癌患者的肺癌组织(肺癌组)和10例支气管扩张患者的肺组织(对照组),2组采用免疫组织化学SP法检测survivin、P53、P27蛋白的阳性表达率。结果肺癌组survivin蛋白(53.9%)、P53蛋白(68.5%)阳性表达率均高于对照组(10.0%、30.0%)(P<0.05),P27蛋白阳性表达率(48.3%)低于对照组(90.0%)(P<0.05);肺癌组腺癌组织P27蛋白阳性表达率(59.1%)明显高于鳞癌组织(37.8%)(P<0.05)。结论非小细胞肺癌组织中survivin、P53高表达,P27低表达。Objective To explore the expressions of survivin,P53 and P27 in non-small cell lung cancer（NSCLC）tissue.Methods Immunohistochemical SP method was adopted to detect the expressions of survivin,P53 and P27 in tissues from 89 patients with non-small cell lung cancer（cancer group）and 10 patients with bronchiectasis（control group）.Results The positive expression rates of survivin（53.9%） and P53（68.5%） proteins in cancer group were significantly higher than those in control group（10.0%,30.0%）（P〈0.05）.The positive expression rate of P27 protein was significantly lower in cancer group（48.3%） than that in control group（90.0%）（P〈0.05）.The positive expression rate of P27 was significantly higher in adenocarcinoma tissue（59.1%） than that in squamous cell carcinoma tissue（37.8%）（P〈0.05）.Conclusion In NSCLC tissue,survivin and P53 are highly expressed and P27 is lowly expressed.
