摘 要:目的探讨人血清中的血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)-α和白细胞介素(IL)-6的表达与乳腺癌的相关性。方法选取2014年5月1日至2015年1月1日于我科治疗的200例乳腺癌患者(其中Ⅰ期30例,Ⅱ期50例,Ⅲ期60例,Ⅳ期60例)作为试验组,并选取我院体检中心的健康成年人200名作为健康对照组。采集乳腺癌患者和对照组的静脉血,用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定乳腺癌组和健康对照组血清中的VEGF、TNF-α和IL-6的浓度,予以比较。结果试验组乳腺癌患者血清中VEGF、TNF-α和IL-6水平均高于健康对照组(P<0.05);乳腺癌患者血清中VEGF、TNF-α和IL-6的浓度水平Ⅳ期组>Ⅲ期组>Ⅱ期组>Ⅰ期组(P<0.05);伴有淋巴转移(包括腋窝及远处转移)的乳腺癌患者的VEGF、TNF-α和IL-6的浓度明显高于无淋巴转移的患者(P<0.05)。结论人外周血中的VEGF、TNF-α和IL-6的表达水平与乳腺癌的发生和恶性进展程度相关,其表达水平的测定有助于乳腺癌患者的诊断和了解病情进展以及预后。Objective To investigate the correlations between the expression of human serum VEGF, TNF-αand IL-6 and breast cancer. Methods A total of 200 patients with breast cancer(including 30 cases of stage Ⅰ, 50 cases of stage Ⅱ, 60 cases of stage Ⅲ, and 60 cases of stage Ⅳ), who were treated in our department between May 1,2014 and January 1, 2015, were randomly included in the experimental group. A total of 200 healthy adults examined in our mediacl center were included in the control group. The venous blood of patients with different stages of breast cancer and the healthy adults in the experimental group and the control group were collected, respectively. Using double-antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) to determine and compare the concentration levels of serum VEGF, TNF-α and IL-6 in patients with breast cancer(experimental group) and the healthy adults(control group). Results The concentration levels of serum VEGF, TNF-α and IL-6 in patients with breast cancer of the experimental group were higher than those in the healthy adults of the control group( P〈0.05). In patients with breast cancer, the concentration levels of serum VEGF, TNF-α and IL-6 in stage Ⅳ group stage Ⅲ group stage Ⅱgroup stage Ⅰ group(P〈0.05). The concentration levels of serum VEGF, TNF-α and IL-6 in patients with breast cancer and lymph node metastasis(including armpit and distant metastasis) were higher than those in patients without lymph node metastasis(P〈0.05). Conclusion The expression levels of VEGF, TNF-α and IL-6 in human peripheral blood are closely related to the occurrence and the malignant progression of breast cancer, The determination of the expression levels of VEGF, TNF-α and IL-6 in human peripheral blood contribute to the diagnosis and understanding of disease progression and prognosis in patients with breast cancer.
