扎克瑞绿松石和原矿的浸水实验

摘　　要：借助红外光谱仪和能量色散X射线荧光光谱仪对来源不同的两类样品进行鉴定,确认分别为经扎克瑞工艺处理过的绿松石和原矿绿松石,将两类测试样品切成两半以比较自身浸水的变化。实验表明,浸水过程中原矿绿松石有大量气泡溢出,而扎克瑞工艺处理的绿松石无变化。浸水24小时后,原矿绿松石质量(重量)平均增加4.6%,而扎克瑞绿松石质量增加仅1%。经过计算,原矿绿松石质量增加所需要的空间占绿松石体积的13%左右。浸水后的原矿绿松石颜色普遍比浸水前更加饱和,而扎克瑞绿松石浸水前后颜色几乎无变化。分别借助电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪和离子色谱仪对浸泡液中的P和K元素浓度进行测试,结果表明,浸泡过扎克瑞绿松石的水溶液中,P的浓度是原矿浸泡液中P浓度的70多倍,而K浓度是原矿浸泡液中的20多倍。基于原矿绿松石中K、P极低的析出度,认为扎克瑞工艺绿松石中被注入了某些可溶性材料。Two samples of different source were identified to be respectively Zachery-treated turquoise and the untreated turquoise ore with the help of infrared spectrometer and energy dispersive x-ray fluorescence.The two samples were cut into halves in order to compare the difference before and after soaking in the water.Result showed that the untreated turquoise ore gave a large number of bubbles during the soaking process while the Zachery-treated turquoise had no change during this process.After soaking for 24 hours,the weight of the untreated turquoise ore was increased by 4.6% while the weight of the Zachery-treated turquoise was only increased by 1%.It is calculated that the interspace required for weight increase for the untreated turquoise ore account for 13% of its size.The color saturation of the untreated turquoise ore after soaking is improved compared to that before soaking while the color saturation for the Zachery-treated turquoise has no big difference.The concentration of P and K elements in soak solution was tested by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometer and ion chromatograph.Result showed that P concentration of the Zachery-treated turquoise soak solution was 70 times higher than that of the untreated turquoise and the K concentration is 20 times higher than that of the untreated turquoise.Based on the extremely low precipitation of P and K elements for the untreated Turquoise,it is believed that certain soluble materials have been injected into the Zachery-treated turquoise.
