摘　　要：干眼是眼科常见病、多发病,可以引起一系列严重影响患者视功能的并发症。近年来流行病学调查显示干眼患病率逐年增加。由于干眼病因繁多,发病机制复杂,目前临床上对干眼缺乏有效的治疗。近期学者们发现,口服omega-3甚至局部使用omega-3滴眼可以起到治疗干眼的作用。本文就omega-3治疗干眼的研究进展及其治疗干眼的机制作一综述,为干眼的治疗提供新的思路。Dry eye is a common disease in ophthalmology,can cause a series of serious impact on visual acuity and complications of visual function. In recent years,the prevalence of dry eye has increased year by year. Due to the various causes and the complex mechanism,dry eye is lack of effective treatment clinically. Recent studies have found that oral administration of omega-3 and even topical use of omega-3 eye drops can play a role in the treatment of dry eye. In this article,the research progress of omega-3 in the treatment of dry eye and its mechanism are reviewed,which provides a new way for the treatment of dry eye.
