摘　　要：目的分析我国护士规范化培训体系的现状,为构建护士规范化培训体系,有效推进以提升护士专业服务能力为基础的新护士规范化培训决策提供参考。方法采用文献回顾的方法总结我国护士规范化培训取得的成就和现阶段存在的问题。结果我国护士规范化培训在培训对象、目标、时间、内容和方法方面开展了一些工作,但在构建护士核心能力、确定培训考核标准、培训基地认证等方面仍然存在局限,需要进一步规范。结论我国护士规范化培训体系尚处于探索阶段,期望通过各方机构和各位专家的不断努力,建立全国统一的护士规范化培训体系,规范新护士培训要求,提升护士专业服务能力。Objective To analyze the current situation and thinking for nurse standardized training in China,and to provide reference and basis for decision-making for the construction of new standardized nurse training system and effectively promote nurses＇ professional service ability. Methods The achievements and the current existing problems on nurse standardized training in China was summarized by reviewing the literatures. Results Our standardized training of nurses working in some aspects of training target,object,time,content and method was carried out,but there are some limitations such as the construction of core competence,determination of the training assessment and training base certification,and need to be further standardized. Conclusions The nurse standardized training system of in China is still in the exploratory stage. It＇s expected to establish a unified national nurse standardized training system through continuous efforts by different organizations and experts to standardize the training of new nurses and enhance the nursing professional service capabilities.,work,hospitals and the country.
